• We offer non-compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide which are GLP-1 receptor agonists.

• You will receive original, non-compounded, FDA-approved medications from the manufacturers Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk.

• You can choose weight loss pills for semaglutide (Rybelsus).  Otherwise you can choose weight loss injections for semaglutide (Ozempic / Wegovy) or tirzepatide (Mounjaro / Zepbound).

• Semaglutide Pills (Rybelsus): Up to 14mg per day for one month

• Semaglutide Injections (Ozempic / Wegovy): Up to 2.4mg per day for one month

• Tirzepatide Injections (Mounjaro / Zepbound): Up to 10mg per day for one month

• All products are original, non-compounded, FDA-approved medications from the manufacturers Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk.

You should NOT take these weight loss medications if you...

• have a BMI less than 20

• have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer (MTC)

• have a diagnosis of multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2).

• have a history or high risk of severe digestive issues including pancreatitis, gastroparesis, and bowel obstructions.

• have had serious allergic reactions to any of the ingredients.

You may choose NOT to take these weight loss medications if you...

• have a pregnancy or are nursing,

• have an eating disorder or mental illness.

• have a history or high risk of gallstones or diabetic retinopathy.

• You may be able to see our healthcare providers depending on your case.

• You should also have a parent/guardian present for all video-chats and communications.
